Supply Chain Management is comprised of talented individuals with many years of contracting experience in a variety of fields. Our team members have experienced the success and pitfalls of operating their own businesses in both the government and commercial markets. Our team of Business Development Specialists and CEO’s can bring their personal and corporate experience to support veterans and small businesses.
The Supply Chain Management team has experience winning contracts with the Department of Veterans Affairs (specifically, the Veterans Health Administration and the National Cemetery Administration), the Department of Defense and other government agencies including the US Postal Service, US Army, Air Force, Navy, National Institute of Health Science, and Environmental Protection Agency.
Locations cover the entire Continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, and Guantanamo Bay, (GTMO). This broad experience benefits our consulting clients in all their endeavors.

Gray Davis
Chief Operating Officer
Veteran US Marine Corps
Gray Davis is a 6-year veteran of the U.S. Navy and 15-year disabled combat veteran of the United States Marine Corps. In his civilian career in the financial services industry, Gray’s expertise comes from thirty-eight years in executive leadership positions with responsibilities for the growth of international insurance companies, regional agencies and national brokerage operations.
He brings a passion for small business to Supply Chain Management utilizing his risk management experience to identify successful growth strategies while addressing operational, financial, hazard and reputational risks faced by business owners.
Mr. Davis is a serial volunteer and has served on numerous non-profit boards and organizations serving and supporting veterans. He served on a committee to create and gain state approval for the Risk Management and Insurance program of study in the Business and Technology Department of Florida Southwestern State College. As an adjunct professor, Gray supported the recruitment of students and veterans into the new program, raised funds for scholarships, and assisted in hiring or referring newly graduated individuals into careers in the financial services industry.
A student of the industry, Mr. Davis has an MBA in finance and the following professional designations: Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter; Associate in Insurance Services; Group Benefits Disability Specialist; Certified Self-Funding Specialist; Group Benefits Associate, Certified Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act Professional; Certified Voluntary Worksite Professional and is licensed for general property casualty insurance, life health and annuities and surplus lines.

Craig Howard

Craig Howard is the manager of the Supply Chain Management Consulting (SCM Consulting) arm that is responsible for certifications and GSA Schedules. The work of this department is to assist their clients in becoming certified with the SBA as SDVOSB, HUBZone, 8a, WOSB, and SB certifications. Under his leadership, SCM Consulting is also well versed in the Supplier Diversity certifications and has completed over 250 of them in his career. Craig is also very adept at completing the forms that are required in the formation of your company, whether it is an LLC, a corporation, or sole proprietorship. He conducts many consultations with small business owners and is adept at recommending the best strategies to complete the formation process. Through the process of consultations, he is able to provide you with the best options for your firm. Craig’s department certifications, formations, and GSA Schedules for entrepreneurs in all states. Debbie Brummitt

Debra Brummitt is a vital member of the Supply Chain Management team, where she serves as the Client Relationship Manager and Business Development Assistant. Debra works closely with clients to realize and develop their unique strengths, define their goals, and identify government programs and contracting opportunities that align with those capabilities.
Acting as the primary point of contact for client concerns, she fosters strong relationships by providing personalized advice, timely responses, and ongoing support. Debra collaborates with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and helps businesses strengthen customer relationships while expanding their reach and enhancing outreach strategies for growth.
Her responsibilities include conducting market research, updating databases, presenting tailored opportunities, and assisting in gap analyses to align client goals with market demands. Through her proactive approach and dedication, Debra ensures clients are well-positioned for success in the competitive marketplace.

Ronald Draughon has been a trusted professional in the Federal, State, and Municipal Government contracting field since 1976, bringing decades of expertise across various sectors, including Construction, Support Services, Facilities, Environmental, and Recycling. Ronald’s extensive experience is matched by his exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to evaluate opportunities, and in the recruiting and selection of the talent that is required for identifying clear paths to success.
